Delivery & Installation Crew — Field Guide (English)

What you do in ShopV2

  • See today’s delivery run and stops in order
  • Record stop events (departed, arrived, install, payment report, completed, issue)
  • Upload photos per stop
  • Do not confirm customer payments in the app — payment report is information only

Before leaving the warehouse

  1. Log in to mobile delivery.
  2. Open today’s run — check stop order and addresses.
  3. Optional: manager printed route sheet from workspace.

At each stop

Photos

  • Take clear photos: delivered goods, install finish, or damage.
  • Upload in the stop screen — saves to order media.

Payment rule (important)

  • Recording payment on mobile does not update order balance in ShopV2.
  • CSR/Finance must record real payment in Orders if not already paid.
  • Tell office if customer paid balance on delivery.

Customer tracking

  • When you mark install completed, customer tracking page can refresh automatically.
  • Guest link format: /track/{order_no}?t=... (CSR sends this).

If app fails

Safety & quality

  • Wear uniform / ID per branch policy.
  • Do not mark completed if install is unfinished.
  • Report accidents via branch fleet incidents (manager/Gov Ops).
