Shipment batch lifecycle

1. Shipments → create batch with ETA.
2. Mark in transit when freight departs (updates on_way inventory).
3. Warehouse Receiving completes the loop.

Guests see Factory freight in transit on tracking when batch is linked to their order.

Google Drive product photos

1. Team edits images in Drive folder furnituresPhotos.
2. Server runs drive:sync-product-photos (scheduled).
3. Drive photos → match by SKU / goods_sn → Apply to set main image.

Requires service account — Owner configures (see Chinese owner guide).

Legacy import

• Nightly thinkDB dump → Legacy reconcile for counts.
• Do not edit live legacy orders in carehomely for open pipeline — use ShopV2.
