Key decisions
Open online checkout (Cebu / Davao)
Branch cutover → enable storefront_checkout_enabled only when catalog, stock, and CSR are ready.
Delivery runs
- Create runs: Delivery → schedule, or Map schedule.
- Assign installers; print route sheets.
Showroom
- Ensure desk card QR printed (Showroom).
- Coach sales on Host visitor start/end.
Escalate to Gov Ops
- Legacy migration / reconcile mismatches
- System-wide Telegram targets
- Partner payout batches
- Policy exceptions (cancel completed order, etc.)
Do not
- Share Finance ledger passwords or Telegram bot token.
- Force-push legacy orders that are terminal in carehomely without reconcile review.
